Meet the Affenpinscher Dog Breed: This scrappy little pup has been helping the lady of the house rid of rodants since the 1600’s. First bread for the barns of Germany, this clever breed found itself on indoor laps rather quickly. The Affenpinscher is small in stature and always curious, active and quite stubborn. This adventurous pup does not shed much and is a good family companion, but is often the high-energy one of the bunch and does not always like rowdy competition with little ones. Training is important with this intelligent breed, and while they are not always willing to train, with persistence, they can be persuaded.
The perfect toy breed that has plenty of exercising energy, doesn’t mind time on the lap and requires minimal grooming time.
